Sous Chef (or keen chef de partie willing to learn!)

Working with Brunning Host Ltd means working for a family owned and run company with over twenty years experience in the trade.

As Sous Chef, you will work to support the Head Chef and your colleagues in maintaining the quality and standards that our customers know us for. We want you to care about the food that you are serving and to strive to make it the best it can be.

You will be confident in preparing fresh food dishes, and have an input in the menus and delivery of dishes.

It goes without saying that the right person will meet all food safety and cleaning standards.

Brunning Host currently has two units; The Turtley Corn Mill at Avonwick and The Bridge at Mount Batten. Whilst you will be primarily working at Turtley, you will occasionally be asked to cover shifts at The Bridge and so an element of flexibility is required.
