Our Rooms
We have 4 rooms which all boast wonderful individuality. The rooms are designed for a comfort based stay with easy access to many South Devon attractions. We believe that the key ingredients for a good night sleep are big comfortable beds, powerful showers and rich luxurious bed linen.
Room Tariff
Sunday to Thursday inclusive £90.00 per double room to include continental breakfast.
Friday and Saturday inclusive £120.00 per double room to include continental breakfast.
All rates are per room per night and are inclusive of continental breakfast and VAT. We have no minimum stay requirements. All the rooms are en suite and named after our ducks in the garden (Ruddy is the only one with a bath) and are individually styled.

Cancellation policy – to avoid a full nights charge our cancellation policy is 72 hours – should we be able to rebook the room we will of course not charge.
Check in – 3.00pm and checkout – 11.00am.
Deposit policy – we require a Credit Card to confirm booking but do not charge in advance of stay.
To book – give us a call and we will gladly do it for you and book any ‘extras’ flowers, chocolates etc. and we can book dinner as well. If you prefer you may book on line where the first nights payment will be taken at the time of booking.
